Aran'du is an online service for validating and adapting the style of texts in Portuguese and English, provided by Thiago Elias dos Santos Prado (sole proprietor). He is the controller of the personal data processed on this platform.

2. Data collected and purpose
We process only what is needed to run the service:
- Account data: e-mail and authentication identifier, to create your access, keep your session and link your plan.
- Usage data: number of analyses per day and active plan, to apply free and PRO plan limits.
- Text sent to the editor: processed temporarily, only to generate the style suggestions you request.
- Payment data: handled directly by Paddle. We never receive or store card numbers.
3. Legal bases
Processing relies on performance of a contract (account, subscription and service delivery), compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and service improvement) and consent (advertising and measurement cookies), under the GDPR and art. 7 of the Brazilian LGPD.
4. Processing of text in the editor
To carry out style analysis, the text entered in the editor is sent temporarily and securely for processing through a language-model API. Texts are not published, sold or used to build user profiles. We recommend that you do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential information.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Essential: keep your login session, language preference and consent choice.
- Advertising and measurement: enabled only after you give consent in the cookie banner.
6. Third parties processing data for us
We share data only with processors required to operate the service:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd: authorised reseller (Merchant of Record) handling checkout, billing, taxes, invoices and refunds for the PRO plan.
- Infrastructure and database provider: application hosting, authentication and storage of account data.
- Language-model API: temporary processing of the text submitted for analysis.
- Google AdSense: serving ads to free-plan users, only after consent.
7. Advertising — Google AdSense
The site displays Google AdSense advertising to free accounts. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. We apply Google Consent Mode: until you allow advertising cookies, ad storage and ad personalisation remain disabled. PRO subscribers browse without ads.

8. Retention and deletion
Text sent to the editor is not retained after the response is generated. Account and usage data are kept while the account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Transaction records and tax documents may be retained for the applicable statutory periods, including by Paddle.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Brazilian LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), where applicable, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and information about sharing, and withdraw consent at any time. Requests are handled by e-mail within a reasonable period:
