By accessing or using Aran'du you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Description of the Service
Aran'du is an assistant for reviewing, adapting and standardising text in Portuguese and English, with drafting modes such as Plain Language, Legal & Technical Opinion and Corporate Communication. The service is an aid and does not replace human technical, legal or professional review.
The free plan allows 1,500 characters per analysis, 3 analyses per day, the Plain Language mode, and is supported by advertising. The PRO plan unlocks up to 10,000 characters per analysis, unlimited analyses, all modes, the English engine and ad-free browsing.
4. Subscription, price and payment
The PRO plan costs US$ 9,00 / month, charged on a recurring basis until cancelled. Local currency and applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout by Paddle, using the exchange rate of the day.
Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the authorised reseller (Merchant of Record): Paddle processes payment, issues the invoice, collects applicable taxes and executes refunds. Billing questions can also be raised directly with us by e-mail.
5. Cancellation and refund
You may cancel at any time and are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, in line with art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Full conditions are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. User obligations
When using Aran'du you agree to:
- Accurate information: provide correct registration data and keep your password confidential.
- Lawful use: not enter unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content infringing third-party rights, including copyright.
- Service integrity: not automate abusive access, bypass plan limits, resell access or attempt to compromise platform security.
- Final review: check the output before publishing or using the text in an official context.
7. Intellectual property
The code, design, visual identity, prompts and the Aran'du brand belong to the supplier. Text you enter and the results generated from it belong to you and may be used freely, including commercially. No brand licence is granted by mere use of the service.
8. Limitation of liability
AI suggestions are informative and advisory. The final decision to accept, modify or publish any text rests solely with the user. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of a specific result, absolute accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the supplier is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse or legal requirement. You may close your account at any time by writing to our support e-mail.
10. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated. Material changes to subscription conditions apply from the following billing cycle, and continued use after publication indicates agreement.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014) and the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018). The consumer's domicile is the elected forum for disputes.
